My name is Herb Nelson. I left Corporate America in 2004 to pursue my own consulting business. As I looked around I found there is much need among the general public for authentic and honest technical assistance, so I felt compelled to offer my services to assist others in this. I am certified with Microsoft, Nortel Networks, Global Knowledge, and hold numerous other certifications as a result of my direct exposure to the support industry.

I operated at the Tier-3 level of the technical support business, working within the Support Framework for Fortune 500 companies such as Oracle, Anixter, Ameritech, and SBC. I bring to the table extensive expertise in solving simple to complex technical issues as a matter of course. It's what I do and I offer you my services with confidence.

The technical world is an obscure, ambiguous, and subjective realm fraught with mystery and complexity. I know the truth about it and using my inside knowledge and intuitive skill set, I can provide the innovative solutions you need now.
