On-Site Service Call - $50 / First Hour (Seniors $40) - $25 per hour thereafter
Entitlement:
Fast, courteous, professional technical assistance. Call ahead and together we will
determine the appropriate steps for resolution. Includes in-home, phone and remote access support
as needed. First hour included, additional hours billed at $25 per hour.* One Trouble Ticket per Service Call with resolution
review via the Web. Satisfaction Assured.

Remote Support Incident - $25 / First hour (Seniors $20) - $5 per ¼ hour increments thereafter
Entitlement:
Remote access tool installed free of charge. Call ahead and together we look at your issue.
If resolution is available remotely I will immediately apply the fix. If on-site service call is required for resolution, standard
on-site service call rates apply. This service involves phone and remote access support as needed. Additional remote time billed
in increments of $5 per ¼ hour.
One Trouble Ticket per Incident with resolution review via the Web. Satisfaction Assured.

Training/Mentoring Services - $50 First Hour (Seniors $40) - Learn at your own pace...
Entitlement:
In-Home Training at your pace. Remote instruction is also available. This service
is customized to suit your needs, covering any area desired including, but not limited to, Application
training, Software Usage, Installation & Configurations Oversight, Q & A, etc.. $5 for each additional ¼ hour.
Remote mentoring discounted.
