On-Site Service Call - $40 / First Hour (65+ Seniors $30) - $5 per ¼ hour increments thereafter
Entitlement:
Fast, courteous, professional technical assistance. Call ahead and together we will
determine the appropriate steps for resolution. Includes in-home, phone and remote access support
as needed. First hour included. Most issues are resolved within the first hour, however, in the event
of extended troubleshooting for resolution, $5 per ¼ hour thereafter seems fair.* One Trouble Ticket per Service Call with resolution review via the Web.
Satisfaction Assured. Never a trip charge.

Remote Support Incident - $15 / First ½ hour - $5 per ¼ hour increments thereafter
Entitlement:
Instant Remote Access tool available HERE. Call ahead and together we look at your issue.
If resolution is available remotely I will immediately apply the fix. If on-site service call is required for resolution, standard
on-site service call rates apply. This service includes phone and remote access support as needed. Additional remote time billed
in increments of $5 per ¼ hour.

Entitlement:
In-Home Training at your pace. Remote instruction is also available. This service
is customized to suit your needs, covering any area desired including, but not limited to, Application
training, Software Usage, Installation & Configurations Oversight, Q & A, etc.. $5 for each additional ¼ hour.
Remote mentoring is discounted.
