Tracking System
HelpDeskHerb provides each customer with access to AIMS, an Action and Information Management System, which tracks
and manages all service call details. To review your incident tickets, simply check your logon credentials which
are provided in each Service Call invoice/receipt. Once registered with the AIMS system your future issues can be
self-submitted either from within the AIMS portal or via email for priority review and resolution.
With an online incident tracking system, HelpDeskHerb maintains real-time detailed records of problem resolutions for
customers systems along with invoices, receipts, historical data and systems and administrative information. You are welcome
to create, update and review your trouble tickets online using the AIMS system.
